Today, Casa De Libertad has two locations in communities in northwest Georgia. We are just as committed to reaching people for the glory of God as when we started the church.
Héctor and Giselle Villalobos
Both born in San José, Costa Rica, they got married in February 1984. Their spiritual career began at the Evangelical Center of Assemblies of God in that city in the years 1986 (Giselle) and 1988 (Héctor). They began their ministerial preparation at the Center for Biblical Studies of Assemblies of God in those same years. They immediately began their services at this church until 1998 when they then emigrated to the United States.
Pastor Hector graduated in Business Administration, also acquiring courses and experience in Management Information Systems, Treasury, and Finance. The Pastor graduated with a Bachelor of Theology from Logos Christian University in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2007, where the Pastor was also a professor of several subjects. Both pastors founded a branch of this university in the city of Weston, Florida, where both also taught lessons.
In 2015, they moved to the Atlanta Georgia area after meeting with the family of Casa de Libertad Church Pastors, Jorge and Alda Rojas. Starting in May 2015, they were appointed as Pastors of the Daughter Church in the city of Cartersville, where they are today. In 2016, Pastor Hector published his first book called "In the beginning, we were all happy."
Come and visit us! We hope you make this your home.
LibertadKIDS is for children from 6 weeks to 5th grade. The Bible should never be boring, so we create fun and age-appropriate environments and activities that apply the biblical truths shared each week. When kids have fun at church, they can't wait to come back next week!
The Youth Ministry is a place to belong for our high school and prep school students. We create environments where students develop an authentic relationship with Christ, connect with friends, discover and use their gifts, and are prepared to influence others for Christ.
